Do I need to have pest-control experience to be an Xact Impact Natural Pest Management franchisee? |

What is a Certified Operator? |

An individual who possess the appropriate state-issued credentials to perform pest-control services. Our franchises will require a Certified Operator with a GHP (General Household Pest Control) license. If a franchisee wishes to provide termite-related services, then a WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) license will be required as well. |

Do I need to work in the franchise business myself? |

No, if you hire a Certified Operator and/or an operating manager you would not need to be involved in the day-to-day operation of the franchise business. |

Can I operate out of my home? |

Yes you can. An Xact Impact Natural Pest Management franchise easily can be a home-based business since you will visit customer homes (unlike many other franchises where you need an expensive store or restaurant). |
